Isaiah graduated from Apple Valley High School in 2007. During the high school season Isaiah was a starting Varsity catcher. Both years while playing varsity level he led the team with the highest on base percentage. After graduating high school, Isaiah went on to serve in the United States Army. Medically retiring in 2009 he then began his coaching career at the very young age of 19.  He pursued his passion and became the head JV coach at Granite Hills High School in 2009. In his first season he led the team to an overall record of 18-2. That record is still to this day the best record in school history for the Junior Varsity Team. While pursuing coaching, Isaiah shared his knowledge coaching at the Academy of Academic Excellence (AAE) Middle School. To this day, continuing to coach kids and do private training he is helping students all over the high desert to believe in themselves, building their confidence, and the tools to grow personally on and off the field.
