Choi’s Elite Baseball Academy has partnered with ISA to form a more extensive baseball academy training program. The primary focus will be physical and mental development following these four elements: fundamentals, athleticism, character, and mental toughness.
ISA has a decade of international experience, which includes hosting international tournaments, leagues, camps, clinics and schools. ISA will apply these resources and bring the international presence to Jung-gu, South Korea. This will include academy training, camps, clinics and the ability to play international teams both locally and abroad.
Academy Coaching
Choi’s Elite Baseball Academy will be lead by Eun Chul Choi. Eun Chul Choi was a top renowned pitcher from South Korea. He went on to play in the Arizona Winter League for the Yuma Scorpions and from there he pitched professionally in the Mexican Baseball League for Rojos del Aguila de Veracruz. He was signed by the Baltimore Orioles in 2012 and went on become a scout and coach for them from 2012-2014. In 2015 he opened Choi’s Elite Baseball Academy and has transformed it into one of the top baseball academies in South Korea. He is known for developing young pitchers into pitching prospects.
ISA will increase the extensive baseball development by adding coaches with pro and collegiate experience into the mix, and implementing “special guest” coaches that will work with each academy once a month. These will be specialized coaches in pitching, catching, infield, outfield and hitting.
Tournaments and Travel
Choi’s Elite plans to train and develop its players in order to travel to the United States and other countries to play in tournaments. These will be a separate cost not included in the player’s monthly fee. Please see coach Choi about possible costs for travel.
